After spending over 25 years in the hospitality and events industry across the country, Karen developed a deep understanding of what transforms good service into unforgettable experiences: anticipatory care, flawless execution, and genuine personal investment in clients' happiness.

This expertise led her to found Suite Life Privé, a luxury lifestyle management firm serving high-net-worth families and visionaries worldwide. Through designing bespoke experiences for discerning clients—from private aviation to wellness curation to unGoogleable experiences—Karen mastered the art of creating seamless, legacy-driven service where every detail matters.

But she noticed something: even her most sophisticated clients became overwhelmed when planning their own weddings. The problem wasn't budget or access—it was vendor coordination. Couples were exhausted by their wedding day, not from celebrating, but from managing multiple vendors who didn't communicate with each other. Each vendor required separate meetings, contracts, and explanations of the couple's vision. By the time the celebration arrived, stress had replaced joy.

Karen asked herself: What if there was a better way?

That question led to The Collective Las Vegas—bringing the same philosophy of anticipatory service and seamless coordination from Suite Life Privé into the wedding industry. Instead of juggling multiple vendors, couples could work with one trusted family team where officiating, planning, and entertainment all work together flawlessly.

When her son Benjamin, a retired U.S. Air Force veteran with over a decade of professional DJ experience, joined as co-founder, the vision became complete. Karen's award-winning planning expertise and luxury service background combined with Benjamin's entertainment skills and military precision created something unique: genuine family values meeting professional excellence, all delivered with the discretion and care of high-end lifestyle management.

In November 2024, Karen relocated to Las Vegas—a city offering endless possibilities for creating truly unique celebrations—and brought both Suite Life Privé and The Collective to Southern Nevada.

Karen Y. Moore is the heart and vision behind The Collective Las Vegas. With over 25 years of experience spanning hospitality, luxury lifestyle management, event coordination, and global concierge services, Karen has spent her career creating exceptional experiences for clients across the country.

The Journey:

Karen's path to wedding planning began in the hospitality industry, where she discovered her gift for anticipatory service—the ability to identify and address needs before clients even realized they had them. This skill, combined with genuine care for people's happiness, led her naturally into event planning and coordination.

After earning recognition as Best Wedding Planner in Savannah (2012) and Atlanta (2013), Karen realized she wanted to solve a problem she kept seeing: couples overwhelmed by vendor coordination and unable to be fully present on their own wedding day. In November 2024, she relocated to Las Vegas with a clear mission: create a service where couples could work with one trusted team instead of juggling multiple vendors.

When she’s not creating celebrations, Karen enjoys reading, traveling, and empowering women to heal so they reach their purpose and God-given destinies. She also enjoys spending time with her 3-year-old Shih Tzu-Poodle, Sebastian.

Benjamin Wolfphoenix

Benjamin Wolfphoenix brings a unique combination of military discipline and entertainment passion to every celebration. As a medically retired U.S. Air Force veteran and professional DJ with over 10 years of experience, he delivers exceptional music experiences with reliability that's second to none.

The Journey:

Benjamin's love for music started early, but his path to professional DJing took an unexpected turn through military service. After enlisting in the U.S. Air Force, he learned the value of precision, preparation, and staying calm under pressure—skills that would later define his approach to entertainment.

During his military career, Benjamin continued DJing at events and quickly gained a reputation for reading rooms, adapting to energy shifts, and keeping celebrations moving. After his medical retirement, he pursued DJing full-time, performing at venues from Panama City's iconic Sharks Bar and Splash Bar to Denver's Your Mom's House.

When Karen proposed The Collective concept, Benjamin immediately saw the value: couples deserve entertainment that's not just good music, but seamless coordination with the entire celebration. His military background means backup equipment, contingency plans, and punctual service aren't optional—they're standard.
