Your sound system is a professional 2-speaker setup designed specifically for intimate spaces and smaller venues, delivering clear, balanced audio quality that fills your space without overwhelming it. We create custom playlists for all event segments including ceremony music with processional and recessional, cocktail hour background music, dinner service, and reception dancing. These playlists are organized into folders for each moment of your celebration, incorporating your must-play songs and respecting your do-not-play preferences.
Basic ambient uplighting with up to four lights is included, providing soft color wash for simple venue enhancement. These lights are placed strategically around your venue perimeter to create warm ambiance without overpowering your space. Our professional MC services handle all announcements for key moments, ensuring smooth transitions between event segments and coordinating timeline with your other vendors. Extended hours give you flexibility to let your celebration unfold naturally without watching the clock, and we’re happy to stay as long as you need us to keep the energy going.
Cold Spark Machines
Investment: $400 per set

These flameless pyrotechnics produce stunning fifteen-foot sparkler effects without smoke, fire, or safety concerns, making them suitable for any venue including those with strict fire codes. Live Musician Coordination

If you have live musicians for ceremony, cocktail hour, or any part of your celebration, we coordinate seamlessly with them to ensure flawless transitions and integrated audio. This enhancement includes a pre-event coordination call with your musicians to discuss timing and technical needs, sound system integration if your musicians need amplification, microphone provision for live performances, smooth transitions between live music and DJ sets without awkward gaps, and complete timeline coordination.

Multi-Location Setup

For celebrations with ceremony at one location and reception at another, we provide complete audio coverage at both venues without compromising quality or service at either location. This enhancement includes a full ceremony sound system at your first location with microphones for officiant and readers, complete reception setup at your second location with full package specifications, travel time and logistics coordination between venues, seamless transition that ensures we’re ready at the second location when you arrive, and two complete equipment setups so nothing is rushed or compromised.
This service is essential for celebrations with outdoor ceremony and indoor reception at different locations, or weddings with ceremony at a church or cultural site and reception at a separate venue. You get full professional service at both locations without any compromise.
Ceremony-Only Service

For couples who have booked a different DJ for reception but want professional ceremony audio and coordination, we provide complete ceremony services as a standalone offering. This includes a professional sound system sized appropriately for your ceremony space, wireless microphones for officiant, readers, and anyone speaking during ceremony, music for processional, unity ceremony, and recessional with perfect timing and volume, complete setup and breakdown with no venue disruption, and coordination with your ceremony site and other vendors.
This service ensures your ceremony audio is handled with the same professionalism and attention to detail as your reception, even if you have different entertainment for each part of your celebration.
Outdoor Event Package

Enhanced equipment and setup specifically designed for outdoor venues with weather considerations, acoustic challenges, and technical requirements that differ from indoor spaces.
